Cash out
Settling your bet before the event is over, for an amount the bookmaker offers at that moment. Useful to lock in some profit or cut a loss.
Example An accumulator worth $56.70 with one match left; the cash out offer is $38.
- Good to know
- Some bookmakers offer partial cash out (take part now, leave the rest running) and auto cash out at an amount you set.
- Watch out
- The offer has the bookmaker’s margin built in, so on average it is worth less than letting the bet run.
